2. If you are driving the vehicle out, you will need a valid United States driver's license, registration, and insurance for the towed vehicle. The Owner must be present. (If the owner can not be present, you must have a notarized letter from the owner along with a copy of their Driver's license or ID.

3. If you are Towing it out, you will need proof of ownership (e.g., Title, Bill of sale, or registration) and an ID or Driver's License.

After all of that, you will need to pay the full bill.

4. If you are releasing it for an insurance company to pick up, you will need the following: a valid ID or Driver's License, Proof of ownership (e.g., Title, Bill of sale, or registration), and an insurance card with a claim number.

Do you have to pay the Tow bill when the Insurance company picks it up?
